Melanie was extremely communicative and expertly helped us sell our old and buy a new home. She lives in the area so she knows the area, knew when get our hopes up and when to not. We just so happen to find some folks who needed some time and Melanie was able to broker a deal that helped all parties to acquire new places. We are in our dream home and life is pretty rad. This is the second time we used her, and don't think we'll use anyone else!

My husband and I recently hired Melanie as our agent to help us find and buy our first home. From day one she made herself readily available and was always willing to work around our busy work schedules, often showing us homes later in the evening and answering our questions no matter the time. Melanie was very knowledgeable on the area and made sure we found the perfect location and school district for our starter home so that our family may grow in the future. She took a lot of the stress off our shoulders and truly helped us every step of the way through the whole process. In the end, she helped us get a great deal. Overall very responsive and pleasant to work with.

We had tried with two separate agents to help us find a home in Maryland while still living in Florida. The first two agents didn't help at all till we found Melanie who did virtual tours on her phone, when we found a few houses we wanted to see she lined them up in one day so we could fly in and see them for ourselves on limited time. Within a couple weeks she found us the perfect house and got us the right info to make a reasonable offer that we feel we got a great value. Post sale there was some items that we had some issues with that we didn't think a agent could help with but Melanie got them addressed to our satisfaction.Would highly recommend her as a agent

Melanie was fantastic! She helped me every step of the way to my new home purchase, showing me several homes, advising me about neighborhoods, comparable properties, and the newly constructed home I bought. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!
